Don’t use Norm Jones as your agent. I was buying a house from him that he owned at 344 Long Ln Oley, PA during the septic inspection the septic failed, 2 cracked tanks, floats broken, motor stopped working. He installed the septic in 2011. We requested he use a qualified septic installer which he refused to do. So we had to terminate our contract. He insisted in using the same excavator company that he used in 2011. Sorry but a excavator is not a qualified septic installer. Beware of this agent.
Brain is wonderful at what he does!! Can't say enough good things about him.
