I went in for a massage appt today. I’m not sure if the massage therapist works for Smith or not. I went in, and the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge me, which was fine since she was helping an older couple. I went to the restroom and came back out, then told her I had an 11:00 massage appt. She told me to have a seat and that the therapist would come get me. Then she turned around and asked for my name.
