Frank from the team at Cliff's Electrical did an outstanding job installing outdoor up lighting as well as replacing and upgrading interior control systems. I can recommend the company and Frank in particular for the very high level of quality work, professionalism and commitment to excellent service he showed at all points throughout the project. He is truly a perfectionist at his craft and I will call on him for any future electrical needs that arise.
We had Cliff's Electrical come give us an estimate on Wednesday evening. We ordered the lights and they were out promptly on Friday to install them. Our tech was Frank, he was very personable, professional and did an excellent job installing 2 electrical boxes and 2 ceiling lights. I won’t hesitate again to reach out to Cliff's Electrical and hopefully will get Frank again!
Amazing company! I found Cliff's Electrical via a google search for electricians in my area. I went to the web site and filled out a request service form. Within an hour, a representative called me back to review my required work. I needed a Ring floodlight installed 25ft up the side of my house and a Sense home electricity monitoring system to my main panel and my solar panel. The manager, Loretta, is HORRIBLE!!! She does not know how to professional handle her responsibilities. She does not keep the rental locations up to the MA sanitation codes. She also was open to tours during COVID19, which put me and my family at risk. When renting from this company, make sure you keep reminding the manager to fix the property. Also, document EVERYTHING. Text instead of calling so that you have everything in writing. Get legal authorities involved as needed. Most importantly, STAY AWAY!!!!
