I am so sad to read of the unhappy patients. Dr. Kelly repaired my face after I was shot in 1998. He did a wonderful job and I will be forever grateful.
I've had to have 3 revision surgeries just to correct the mess that Dr. Kelly left me with 4 years ago. I would not recommend him, period.
Dr Kelly has performed breast augmentation on me twice...the first time was about 20 years ago and after about 15 years one of them ruptured...I went back to Dr Kelly and went a little bigger in size...I've always been happy with his work and his staff...I wouldn't dream of seeing anyone else for any plastic surgery!!!
Poor excuse for a plastic surgeon. Problems with one breast that will never be fixed. In addition, Dr. Kelly’s practice in Monroe Michigan has had so many calls that the voicemail is full and is unable to take any more messages. I discovered that he also works out of clinic in Florida. I contacted that office and was told that he was no longer there. This attempt to track him down is in regards to his finding that a previous mesh hernia repair had failed and that it had to be repaired and replaced. I no longer have a naval b... read more
