I just want to let you guys know you have very poor customer service skills. Mr. Kelly, who is the owner is very rude an unpolite he does not even let you speak. When I called to check the status if they were going to come and spray my unit, there’s always an excuse why they skipped my unit. If I had a choice, I would go with a different company.
Highly recommend Kelly Pest over other local exterminators. I had one previous exterminator fall through, so I gave Kelly a call, and they were here before I knew it. John has been my pest control go-to guy for years, and he's great. Always answers his phone, discusses with me all the safety and environmental impacts of all the options available, knows his business through and through, and he's a nice guy too. 100% recommended.
We have been using John and his team for years. John is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He knows where current and potential trouble spots are. John and his team always stand by their work, and are incredibly responsive to our questions and requests.
I recently got a new dog and have absolutely no experience in any aspect of dog care, so although I knew fleas came with the package, I was not ready to handle them. John came over to my apartment within 24 hours of calling him and took care of the fleas. Now my pet and my family can sleep peacefully without scratching so much.
