Kelly is a great NP., however, the “Nurse” that put my dressing back on leaves much to be desired. By the time I got home I was in PAIN from the new dressing that was done incorrectly, had I not looked, I wouldn’t have known she wrapped my foot wrong, even twisting the ace bandages which WILL cause pressure sores and at age 61, I don’t need that!!
Kelly was fine but nursing staff did not follow her orders properly with dressing care after visit (did not use gauze pad to cover pressure wound) , while documentation said otherwise. Was sent home with ace bandages and one extra heel cup/pad but no gauze bandages . Person on phone the day after my visit stated that I could come in for a few gauze pads but they do not give enough supplies for 2 weeks , when my appointment is in 1 week. Was told to reuse heel cup/pad with one already being soiled due to not using a gauze pad... read more
