I’ve been training at the gym next to this location for three years and just a few weeks ago called when I realized I was going to run out of shipping bags before my Uline order would arrive. I spoke to Brian the manager who found an acceptable replacement to take care of my needs same day. When I stopped in to pick up Brian was super helpful and asked if I’d give him a chance to take over my business. What a friendly and helpful business! Today was my first time at Kelly Spicers and both Brian and Garrett helped me set up my account and answered my questions. Garrett helped me find the paper that I needed and even brought them out to my car. What great customer service! Thank you both!

I purchased from this store. They charged me twice. I let them know and they told me to fix it. After 20 days I still calling them to fix the problem. It looks like they do not care their customers. How many times should I call them?
