As a small business owner and an artist, this place is everything I need! I always enjoy my visits and leave with exactly what I need. I didn’t know much about paper when I first started coming here but the staff is super kind and patient with me. They are very helpful and always help me with what I need. They were also super meticulous in helping me match mysterious paper samples as best they could.
Brian is the best. Find him. He will help you with amazing customer servics.
Such a great place! I worked with Brian over the phone to order some custom inks and even though it was a tiny order, he was absolutely fantastic. He just called me back to say the order I placed an hour ago will get mixed up today, go on the truck tonight and will be here in the Bay Area (from LA) tomorrow. Taking good care of a small order makes a customer more likely to place a big one. That said, all of the Kelly (Spicer) Paper stores I’ve been to have been great. Kudos!
