Extremely unprofessional and threatening. Does not do what said and does work the fast way, not the right way. AVOID using this company, they will scam you.
I see 1star reviews and totally understand. This person did work at my house without my permission. Told me it was for free as he wanted me to send more work his way. He removed perfectly good plants from my yard , replaced them. Left a load of my plants unplanted in my yard and they have since died. Then he sends me an invoice for $1200 with threats if it’s not paid immediately he will come to my home and remove everything. Very threatening , very rude , very unprofessional. KELLY OUTDOOR IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, IMMATURE, AND RUDE!!! My home was broken into on March 31st 2016. I spoke with all of my neighbors, and the few that saw anything suspicious claim that there were two men doing service on a home in my neighborhood, and then they walked over to the back of my home. the vehicle description was a white van with a trailer. they gave a vague description of the logo, "a single green tree and something orange".
