I recently purchased a tree from Kelly Nursery, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. After only a few months, the tree died unexpectedly. When I reached out to address the issue and inquire about their warranty policy, I was met with extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism from Stephanie, the individual responsible for handling invoicing matters. We buy a lot of of our trees here for our clients. Great prices and helpful staff.
To any trucks that plan on delivering here, don't. They won't give you a BOL. Oh, and they'll take 3 hours to unload you.
They know their stuff! Great customer service, and selection.
