The best service experience I’ve had in years! I worked with Ben - he’s been with Nissan for 10 years and is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The tech took photos of the issue with my car to ensure I understood what was going on. I was on a tight timeline and they got me out in the time frame we discussed.
