The haircut was perfect.
I have been going to see Chas at Salon One 19 for several years. He does an amazing job with color and I’m always happy with his cuts for my curly hair, not an easy feat for some, but he’s great!
(I think this is only the fourth Google review I’ve written in the last decade, and I genuinely wish it weren’t a negative one.) I’ve lived nearby for years and have always had good experiences with the staff; they’ve been kind, talented, and very deserving of the tips I’ve given them. I’ve recommended this salon to others and genuinely enjoyed coming here, which is why this experience was so disappointing.
