First it is a one woman shop. So you have to call. Then you wait two or three days and you call back. If after a few calls you are unlucky enough to get a hold of her you can schedule an appointment. That will be your first let down. After that you show up and she is a no show to her own shop. No call from her, no response to text, no response from Voice Mail.
