My review is based on pedicure services alone since that is the only nail work I have done. I love their pedis because they LAST longer than other salons Ive been to. They do the job right. I've never had peeling and the shellac lasts for an entire month, sometimes longer. I am rating 4 stars because there's usually a hiccup with appointments unless you're a regular. If they know you by name you're usually in right away. No more than 15m wait. Two in 3 visits for the rest of us there is a 30m+ wait even with an appointment. ... read more

Best experience! My daughter and I had some free time after an appointment and stopped in to ask if they had time to take two walk-ins. The staff was very accommodating and kind. The service was top-notch and well worth the drop-in. This will be our new nail place when we are in Abilene!

I have been going to Kelly Nails for a couple of years now. I have never left there unhappy. Kelly has always been able to get me in. I don't make appointments because I never know if I'm going to have Dr appointments to come up. I'll call and she will get me in when she has an opening. She's always bubbly and knows how to have fun. She does a GREAT job on my nails and my visits are always a relaxing time. Keep up the great work, Kelly.
