Ryan was great! I got a m550i and he make the process very fast and was helpful
I originay posted a 5 star rating as they put a good deal together. However a month has gone by and with multiple calls messages to them trying to find out why my traded in car has not been paid they ignore and continue to give excuses as to why or that they are out of the office. I paid my bill car payment 3 days before trading it on so there was smore than enough time to cover for them to pay it off. At first everything was smooth and great. I have had the vehicle about a month. In the deal I traded in a ram 1500 rebel. Over a month has gone by and they have still not paid the truck off like they said. Leaving me with now 2 auto loans. I’ve texted the owner 10+ times. No text back. Everytime I call it’s always “ I’ll get an answer” with no answer. They said they sent the pay off. I talked with the financial institution my old truck was financed through.
