Overall great experience from my time picking up a 2013 mustang GT. Ryan was very communicative throughout the whole process. Although the car has 89k miles I knew there would be some problems ahead of time and that didn’t really concern me too much. The only main issue that I have is my 5th gear synchros are bad. Grinds every time up and downshifting. That’s something I’ll take care of down the line. MT-82 transmissions are notorious for being bad and ford actually got sued because of it a decade ago. I do not recommend this dealer if you want things to go right !! I traded in my (13)mustang for a (19)mustang thinking it was a good idea but it was a bad decision ,MR Kelly seem trustworthy at first but I can see that all the other reviews were right .Took him over 2 months or so to pay off my trade in .The payoff check was lower than the amount discussed on the contract. When driving back home the car was literally having transmission issues grinding when downshifting making rattles noises when accelerating.Took it to the ... read more

What an amazing experience with this dealership for my first time. Ryan delivered the prefect clean car to me the next day. Save me 2 hours of driving. Car was prefect inspected n I was able to drive it away the same time. Definitely will return for more car in the future.
