The vet ownership has changed. I was unaware it had changed and all the vets have left the practice. I am not able to have a positive review and I have not really experienced their vet service. I will say that I arrived at the office for a scheduled appointment but the medicine was not available for our pet and the front desk administration told me a lie about the reason our appointment was running longer. Luckily the vet came out and spoke with me directly and was more transparent.
I had been going here since 2009, with 5 cats and one dog. They used to be good, but most of the familiar staff including ALL of the vets left after a change in ownership. They are now run by some big corporation. Prices went up too. They had been trying to hire replacement vets for months up until the time ours left but to no avail. I'm not sure how they're still in business.
The DMV is a better experience. Tried to give new ownership the benefit of the doubt after a terrible experience a few months ago in which a vet never called us with test results after we followed up many times and were promised a call about the test. Instead, they just wrote a prescription. This time around it was for a normal routine wellness check-up. No communication about bringing in a fecal sample to appointment. We have been bringing both our dog and cat to this practice for over 6 years and always had wonderful experiences with the vets, vet techs, and front office staff. Unfortunately, it’s clear that things have completely changed. All of the familiar staff we trusted have left, and when we brought our dog in for a sick visit before vacation, we saw a rotating vet we had never met before.
