Great service
I scheduled a service appointment and had email confirmation that my appointment was confirmed, over 2 weeks before the actual appointment. In under 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, I received a call to reschedule and was told online appointments are not confirmed but just requests, despite having an email stating my service appointment was confirmed as well as several reminder emails leading up to the appointment. Ehhhh. I come here not by choice, but more because I'd rather not mess with the warranty. Kind of treated like a number, but it's auto service. Other dealers definitely have better customer service
