What an awesome experience, right when I walked in the door the entire staff was super nice. Michael Kelly was not only very sweet but highly intelligent, he explained in great detail about what he was doing, utilized several tricks that had my children in no pain (those eye drops the kids hate, he told them to close their eyes, put the drop in the corner and allowed the liquid to spread itself.
