Awful. Dr. Kelly is more concerned about payment that actually providing treatment. Credit card payment deducted monthly for routine maintenance check. Unfortunately our oldest son's teeth were delayed. Rather than address that early on, Dr. Kelly continued to bill for monthly checks, i.e removing/ changing rubber bands!!. After 2 years he advised much more work was needed and more teeth needed to be removed and, oh and by the way, your 5k (insurance and deductible) is up and we will need to start a new payment plan.
