I have been disabled since 2010 went as far as a judge got denied. Was referred to a different attorney went again as far as another judge ended up getting denied. I have known Ms. Cournoyer since 1994 when she represented a former client of mine. Being in the field of Human Services, I have seen many lawyers who request others to do a lot of the work for them. I became disabled in February, 2014 and did attempt to apply twice myself with no success. I contacted Kelly a couple of years after my initial application was denied. I started to appeal and then withdrew the appeal.
