Kelly was great to work with. Highly knowledgeable of the Delaware County. She listened to what we wanted and what we needed and very respectful of our budget. She offered key advice on revising our bid in a multiple offer situation and was a great resource in making sure we got our post-acceptance to do list complete on time with a relatively fast closing.
