My procedure was more complex because old implants were leaking and had to be replaced. I suffered complications from a prior surgery (different surgeon) and was worried that it would happen again. Dr. Sullivan was thorough and reassuring. The surgery went well. There were no complications and I am completely satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend Dr Sullivan and her team.
Every employee from reception to aestheticians to office coordinator to medical staff is first class. Their private surgery center is great too. Absolutely no complaints and love the outcome of my surgery.

If you want someone is solely concerned with themselves, please go to Kelly Sullivan. She’s the worst. Does she even care about her bad reviews. I think not. I now go to someone in Baltimore who used to work in her practice. My new doctor is amazing. Just because someone has a practice in Annapolis does not mean they are good or qualified. Degrees mean nothing when your skills are good. She’s a spoiled brat.
I have had more than one surgery with Dr.Sullivan and everytime I go back my confidence in her skills show in my results. I had liposuction of my tummy a few months ago and I could not be happier!
Dr. Sullivan performed my facelift. We agreed on the specific procedures beforehand. On the day of surgery, after I paid the full non refundable amount, she informed me on the table she would be doing some things differently. Had I objected, my money was nonrefundable. I had no choice but to trust her. She was clear there would be scars. I was familiar with plastic durgery scars, which are generally well hidden. Do your homework before going anywhere! I made an appointment for a consultation (which they charge $100) making sure they knew I wanted to use my insurance for my procedure. What I need done is medically necessary... Of course, after getting there for the appointment, which was all of 20 minutes, they send in the financial woman to tell you that the procedures are cosmetic and she's sure insurance will not cover them.
