I have been a patient at Family Clinic for over 28 years. Dr. Montgomery delivered my youngest child. I believe that me and/or my children have seen every doctor at the Family Clinic. Today I received a phone call from one of the employees stating that I had not been in over a year and that it was time to set up an appointment for a checkup. The only complaint I have is when you call they put you on hold for a long time before getting back with you but other then that they are professional and friendly!
I could do a better job on WebMD, if I can get a reference to a doctor that would actually look into an issue instead of just rushing out of the office. NO ONE should go, exactly what give doctors the horrible stereotype. I will not let my family EVER go there again! Latoya Kelly should be revoked!
Went there in 2012 or 2013 for a possible broken wrist. They told me it wasn't fractured it was just bruised. Well guess what I just found out when my wrist started bothering me recently. In fact it was broken and their lack of getting me appropriate care caused my bone to die. I now have avascular necrosis and degeneration in my wrist. My wrist will never be the same.
