Each visit was done on time, with patience and kindness. Concerns were clearly expressed, and turnaround on paperwork, referrals is very swift! Both Dr.s are great! My son currently have Dr. Johnson at this office and he is just as phenomenal as Dr. Kelly-Robinson. I love the portal of information, and the quick response from the nurse or the doctors. I highly recommend
Instead of the front desk letting me know I have a balance due. The staff send me and my kids to the room for the appointment to let me know they cannot be seen until the balance is paid! Wow! As much information given to me prior to the appointment, I think letting me know about the balance would’ve done best. Disappointed that a black pediatric office deals like this.
Dr. Kelly-Robinson is tentative, caring and knowledgeable. She genuinely cares about the health of my son and myself dealing with postpartum depression. The other staff are kind and professional as well. My son and I look forward to visiting Dr. Kim Kelly-Robinson’s office.
My kids have been going to Dr. Kelly for a while and I have tried to ignore her rude attitude towards myself-thinking maybe I was simply reading it wrong. I have an older child as well as a younger son. My oldest has refused to go to her because of the insensitive manner she handles him and any issues that he may have. When I take my youngest son in to be seen for sick visits, I notice that she refuses to listen to my concerns or answers to the questions.
Love Dr. Kelly Robinson, great pediatrician. She is attentive to my baby girl and she also interacts with my son when he at the visit even though he is seen somwhere else. She is fiesty and no nonsense, I recomend to everyone.
I have had Dr. Kelly as a pediatrician since my son was born 5 years ago. She is a good, knowledgeable practitioner who spends time with the patients and answers questions. Her staff is very nice and it is usually easy to get sick appointments within 24 hours of the call. She follows up with Urgent Care appointments, calls back after hours in a timely manner.
