I had an appointment on 1/22 and rescheduled due to work schedule. Appointment was scheduled for 1/29. I left work early and call to find out my appointment was canceled by the office manager. I was never told or given even a phone call. The front office was extremely rude from the second they answered! Very unacceptable. I was hung up on twice. It was their mistake yet I was the one treated rudely! Glad I figured out how horrible the staff is before I established care here!
