Decided it was time to trade in our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited with the 2026 model. We were met by Andrew at the reception area and he graciously introduced us to our Sales Associate Courtney Pham. She was a pleasure to work with and because of her patience and positive attitude we were able to get the deal completed. Kelly Jeep is lucky to have her representing their brand. Extremely satisfied with the whole process!
DAVE in the Parts Dept. assisted me in finding a replacement part that was significantly lower in cost than another local Dealership in Medford that I will no longer use!

Came 3 times for the same issue. On my last visit I received no update on my car and was left without a vehicle for the weekend (despite saying in person, on the phone and writing on my keys I needed my car on Saturday). I called first thing Monday morning because I needed my car for work and they couldn’t put me through so I had to show up to get an update on my car.
