This office blows bags. They only care about the money sucked out of your pocket. The messages in the portal go ignored, forcing you to call the office for any questions about medicine. Unfortunately that phone call would have you charged the money of a whole appointment, according to the front desk. Why should I or any patient be charged a whole appointment when it can easily be solved with a message in the portal? That's what the portal is for right? Every other office checks their messages so this one can't i suppose.
Unfortunately not a good practice. Please go anywhere else to someone who will actually give you and your well being more thought than what is in your wallet.
I've been very pleased with the care I'm receiving from Jaziri's team. I feel listened to and am receiving help in a timely manner without being strung along as I've experienced with others in the past. They schedule appointments regularly to check in and adjust medication as needed until a solution is actually found instead of dismissing my concerns.
