She does offer compliance with requests when you REALLY PUSH AND ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF. Which is at least appreciated. When confronted with dis satisfaction and concern, she does do well and remain very polite. But if you do not advocate for yourself (or child) absolutley everything will be brushed off.

Very caring Doctor. I always fell like she really listened to me
Terrible doctor. Dumped me without telling me. Got diagnosed with horrible nerve pain and she did nothing but dump me as a patient. Stay away.
