After 20 years of business with the Kelly Scott agency we are pulling all our policies due to extremely poor customer service. Only after we made a claim did we learn our deductible had been unilaterally changed from $1000 to $3500. Kelly Scott did not contact us to explain this change - he expected us to find it at page 22 of the renewal paperwork! He showed no real interest when we called to discuss the issue. We cannot recommend this agent to anyone.
