Rooms generally not cleaned, dirty, musty. Bathroom was NOT clean. Was apparent the bath tub had not been touched from the last guest. Went to front desk to ask for housekeeping to clean, and it still was NOT done. Very outdated, dark, dingy. Also, not handicap accessible!!
I rented the suit for my wife's birthday. Realy wanted her to be able to relax by the fireplace. The fireplace didn't work when we got there and the young lady behind the desk was no help. We drove an hour to get there for a relaxing night and God forbid for 250$ a night she was gonna get her fireplace so I worked on it for 2 hours and finally got it to work. There was water damage on the ceiling and wall and candy wrappers under the bed. Needless to say we won't go back for the lack of service and the price
Kelly Inn was a perfect overnight stop for our Family of five. The service was great very friendly staff. We also appreciate the reasonable pricing
Stayed for one night on business with my son. Very disappointed. Our room had dog hair in the carpet and I had hair in the bed throw. Bathroom in need of a severe upgrade. Didn't stay long enough to "enjoy" breakfast. Won't be back, Ken M
