If you buy something from this outdated system dealer, please keep your receipt because they won’t be able to look up the transaction without it. So NO RETURN will be accepted even the part we had was only purchased in 7 days. I had a pleasure to talk to Dan- the “ Part Manager” . I don’t know how he get to that position when he cant help my 70 years old look up the transaction for the return. Well worth the drive from Rhode Island! This is my second time buying a vehicle from Kelly Infiniti of Danvers, and once again, they have proven exactly why I refuse to go anywhere else.
