I purchased a vehicle from this location about a year ago. The reason I’m writing now, even after a year, is because I’ve just realized that I was misled. What initially felt like a good buying experience has unfortunately turned out to be quite the opposite. Very positive experience. Michael and Matteo were both super friendly, understanding of my needs and priorities, and informative about the car and the sales process. I did not end up finding my perfect car here this time, but I would 100% come back.

I continuously go to Kelly to service my Qx60. My service advisor Nick gird ensures that I am seen in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable about the services and always keeps me updated. If they find a problem with the car, Nick notifies and reviews next steps with me. The sales personnel are also very friendly and are not pushy. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends!
