I would recommend Kelly Infinity to anyone looking to purchase an Infinity or a pre owned vehicle. My service advisor Nick Gird has always given me advise as it was his vehicle. He always gives me recommendations on what to expect on future visits for my general maintenance so I am not blind sided when I bring in my vehicle. He is very honest and does not try to pressure me which is something you don't always see at a dealership.

I scheduled an appointment for a transmission fluid drain and fill at Kelly Infiniti based on the manufacturer’s recommendation that this service be performed every 30–60K miles. My car has 120K miles, so it seemed like the appropriate time to do it. I scheduled my appointment and brought the car in on the coldest day of the year. The entire team at Kelly Infiniti are wonderful. They facilitated the very best experience I've ever had servicing a car. The folks on the showroom floor and those who do paperwork in the back are the best of the best.
