We paid for the most thorough inspection for a house that we wanted to purchase, that Kelly Hite offered. Mr Hite found no serious problems with house, at least nothing that we couldn't handle. Fast forward to days after closing on our house, when we started renovations, and we find out that it has major (obvious to an inspector) foundation problems, and a leaking roof!
