My LL uses these guys . I don’t know if he pays as he goes or has a service contract with them, nor do I care. Whatever the case , they are obviously incompetent. I’ve just had my third service call this winter after multiple cold nights without heat. It took three visits for the last joker to order parts….which apparently take days to get…. IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE THAT GETS IT DONE I SUGGEST YOU GO ELSEWHERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

It has been a little over a year now since I had Kelly Heating & Electric replace my HVAC system. I usually wait a bit to review these kind of services to see how everything works and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everything has been working smoothly, no problems whatsoever. They are very friendly and accommodating, and it was a very good experience going through them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any sort of heating/cooling services done.
I've used Kelly's services for home and retail service, you will not meet better or more friendly people to work with on your project, extremely professional work done right the first time.
