We've been with Kelly for several years an have purchased both furnace and air conditioner as well as humidifier. All service has been thorough and professional and the employees we've dealt with are exceptional. Shout out to Richard Bowe for going above and beyond today and always. Customer service at its finest.

First, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment. Serviceman Tim was here on time, found the problem, and resolved it. Also did the boiler maintenance. A great experience, and I’m glad I found a good HVAC business. Highly recommend.

We’ve had our furnace for 15 years from Kelly Heating. We recently had a system malfunction. I called and they were able to get out right away the same day. Mason was so kind, informative and professional. After this breakdown experience and repair I will 100% buy our next furnace through Kelly Heating and continue having them as our service provider. I had an excellent experience with Kelly Heating. When my heat went out, they responded promptly the same day and immediately came up with a clear plan, scheduling the work for later that same week. They even provided space heaters while we waited for the necessary parts, which was thoughtful and appreciated. Edit: So I called back in the morning because, of course I obviously dont have heat and still need a part. I spoke to Jamie who was extremely polite and helpful. Even as an office personal, she was able to check to see if they have the part in stock, (which of course they did not) but offered to send heaters over until they can get it.
