We decided it was time to replace our furnace as it is 30 years old. I reached out to Kelly since they replaced our air conditioner a couple years ago and we had a good experience. I promptly got an appointment scheduled. The day for the appointment came around and 10 minutes after Josh Drummond was supposed to be there I called their offices and asked. I get ahold of him and he says "Oh I had you scheduled for 2:00" no where in any of our email communication was 2:00 mentioned. So he blatantly lied. He finally shows up and ... read more
Service tech was great however they charged me $200 for a $12 part, in addition to a service fee and a trip fee.

Highly recommend!! They were able to get me in sooner than I had requested. I really appreciated Mason‘s help in getting my AC unit running today. He was prompt and super helpful in showing me the ropes as a first time homeowner.
