I originally called on a Saturday or Sunday, just to hopefully get a recording giving their actual hours (Google is kinda iffy on that). Nope, got a human who could dispatch somebody quickly -- they are available 24x7, but it's an extra $100 for evenings/weekends. We seemed to have solved it ourselves (time-setting on the thermostat), but two weeks later, the problem came back. I have the highest regard for Kelly Heating. Their people and processes are really good. The communication from the schedulers is great, and I’m always notified when the technician is on the way. The technicians are superb. They remember me and my house, and are thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional.
Ryan and Paul provided excellent service. They were friendly, courteous, and prompt. They replaced my AC and then cleaned up and vaccummed everything. I would highly recommend these MVPs!
