I was very disappointed with the service I received. After 15 minutes both technicians expressed they would not be able to turn down the blower on my heater to make it quieter. They said they would try a couple of things though. I had to go back to work and they ended up charging me for a full hour to essentially change my filter. Wanted to purchase a blower motor from them for my furnace. They wouldn't sell me the part. Was going to be $1800 for them to replace it. Purchased it from someone else for $850, and it took me about 2 hours to replace, doing it for the first time, so they either were going to charge me $1000 for 2 hours of work (you could do it in 1 hour if you did it all the time) + service call, or they were going to upcharge the part by an insane amount. I cannot recommend these systems or installers in good faith. My neighbors new construction Watts house had their AC coil leak in 4 years. My own Watts house leaked in 5 years icing everything up getting too hot and leaking water when thawing. Leak stop and recharge only lasted until the next hot season. Got a new coil under the 10 year warranty and it only lasted a year! Again leak stop and recharge didn't work. I still have warranty left but their PRC coils are junk and cannot handle the higher pressures of modern "green" ... read more

Responsive and willing to put in the extra effort to make sure my warranty claim went through saving me $1000+ compared to other companies in the area. Will definitely use them in the future.
