Poor Billing Practices The service is adequate, barely. Then they waited almost 18 months to bill me what the insurance failed to pay. when I questioned the charge they immediately sent my bill to a collection agency. Bad form for any business, hope your s fails.
Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful! My 8 year-old son recently had surgery and had to go through months of physical therapy. We went to Kelly Hawkins and Associates 3 times a week for his therapy and they were absolutely fantastic! They are all so great with kids, not to mention adults. kelly franchise hawkins always overbooked waited 2 hours and left disgusting place more like a franchise focusing on profits and many branches with little quality rude workers all the way up to management been to better places in Africa, Asia and even Mexico America is already destroyed this isn't health care like prison only help you if you have a lawyer to make money from pharmacy insurance and all the great corruption of America never going back there again more like a jail

This facility has kind and compassionate staff members and is very clean. I highly recommend it for anyone in need of PT. Ask for Chris he’s the best!
They have done a phenomenal job in bringing me back from two reverse total shoulder replacement surgeries. They have well-organized procedures to motivate, challenge and strengthen you through the process of recovery.
