This Company's owner came to my house for hardwood floor estimate. He looks very nice guy, however, he broke his promise to give me how much it cost to install wood floor about 1800 sqf. I emailed him he was not bother to reply, then I called him to remind him that he need to let me have a final estimate number. He promised again, but never got back. I finally hired the Floor N Stock to do job for me. I recommend to go with Floor N Stock, they are more responsive and doing a great job.
Amazing ability to match our current wood flooring with repairs. They did an awesome job and at a great price. Highly recommended!
Roy Kelly and his team are very professional and know their stuff. I am very happy with the job they did for me and would recommend them to anyone.
Roy knows his stuff. But he manages employees poorly. He came gave instructions and left. They did not follow instructions and his attitude is that job is done. They installed floor and then tracked glue all over it as they installed steps. I have terrible sanding gouge marks. Roy has made no effort to fix the mess.
