Not sure why Ms. Harada’s assistant named Ms. Kim was so rude to me. Very patronizing and rude. I simply asked to transfer service from the mainland, and to be put in touch directly with Ms. Harada. She was extraordinarily rude and hung up on me. Said she works from home so couldn’t process my request, and that “I should probably go to another agent.” Hopefully it’s just a case of bad help, but as her office requested I will be taking my business elsewhere.
