Totally incompetent...refused to respond to prescription request after multiple attempts. Cruel, suffer from high blood pressure, alcohol abuse and anxiety and she failed to address with any other alternatives or even respond to my inquiries. Shameful patient response or care. Do not recommend, I treat my pets better.
