Dr. Gee has been my general practitioner now for a few years. Because of a change in my insurance plan, I no longer have Optum. I have not been happy with my new health care team, and am attempting to get back to Dr. Gee, who always listened to my concerns and was very prompt and accurate in my healthcare. Wish me luck in getting back to her.
I contacted the office via phone, the receptionist' checked my name, asked me why was the reason for my appt. I told her that a had a cough for several days. Next she asked me if I had HMO or PPO. She said the the Dr. Could not see me in person with a cough, only through a virtual visit, if I wanted to see someone in person I had to go to Urgent Care. Very surprised by the low grade of caring.
Horrible customer service from Dr Kelly Gee. I was rushed during my appointment and told she can’t help me when insurance directed me to her. When trying to fill my non narcotic prescriptions I was given the run around. I called back three times and was left very frustrated. Stay away.
Dr. Gee is extremely caring and meticulous when it comes to elderly medical care. My mother is 88 years old and was in and out of hospital for the past two months and Dr. Gee followed up on her case personally and closely throughout this very difficult period. Her office is always readily available and I can always reach someone during office hours. I highly recommend Dr. Gee to anyone looking for a responsible and caring senior care specialist.
