I just moved here from out of state and needed a new primary care doctor. I primarily needed my medications faster than I could book an appointment with a psychiatrist. She helped me with that and I was very thankful. She was nice, personable, and I had no issues at all with her!
Not the best. I made an appointment fo a physical and was advised that there would be a virtual assessment before scheduling an appointment, which I took to mean that they would ask me a few questions on the phone and then I would see the doctor. On the day of the virtual assessment, I waited for 20 minutes past my appointment time before the office finally called.
