I had a basil cell cancer removed. I was nervous, but everyone there was so nice and so comforting..Then Dr.Griffith-Bauer came in the room. What a warm greeting..she made me sure everything was going to be fine and it was.
My experience with Epiphany Dermatology has been positive from the start. The process of scheduling the surgery was easy and staff very friendly. Excellent experience overall. I went in quite nervous, but the facility was very welcoming, clean, and all my questions were answered. Every staff member encounter was positive and I felt comfortable during the entire procedure. I will 100% return for any further dermatology surgical needs.
I found the staff to be efficient, kind and professional. I am an elder and they were very understanding of my comfort level concerns, both emotionally and physically. Although I was familiar with the Mohs procedure from past experience, Dr. Griffith-Bauer and her assistant both made sure I was at ease during the actual process and what to expect during my recovery.
Very pleasant experience! All the staff were excellent care givers! Definitely will recommend them to others!
