Kelly went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor! Would highly recommend!
Kelly is amazing! She sold our cabin in less than a week. Kelly made me feel as though I was part of her family. She was friendly and professional knows her stuff and gets the job done. What more can I say except she got us much more money for our cabin than we thought we could get. We couldn't be happier. Kelly is a fantastic choice if you are looking for relator. Choose her and you won't be disappointed.
A few days before we left Alaska in June, we placed our property for sale in Kelly's capable hands. She helped us make contact with a local person who did some small, but much needed repairs on our cabin, which turned out excellent and very timely. Our place sold in less than 2 weeks from signing with Kelly. She guided us through the various stages of our remote sales process resulting in an accurate and timely closing, though we were thousands of miles away! She did a great job both for us and the happy buyers.
Trust was first and foremost on my mind when I started looking for a realtor. If you can't trust your realtor, nothing else matters. Kelly was the first realtor I thought of, because I knew she was 💯 trustworthy. The bonus was that she really knows her stuff. Her combination of skill and experience quickly resulted in positive results. Our house sold in 2 days once on the market at a price we were very happy with. We have recommended Kelly to others and will continue to do so.
This was our second time working with Kelly and it was just as easy and delightful as the first. We were on a pretty fast timeline to sell in order to buy the house we wanted and Kelly made the process quick and simple. I was able to relax and trust that everything on her end was totally in hand and taken care of and that my questions would be answered quickly and thoroughly. I can't imagine this process without her!
