I had a call to arrange a consultation, reception put pressure on me to make an appointment. After I explained several times that I need to save for consult costs, I was told to go back for another referral. I also explained with high levels of anxiety I would like a first thing in morning, to be told no! We only see new people in afternoon. So after 5 minutes of me trying to explain i need money for consultation so I have to save etc. Now the reception has told me I am not welcome, they wont see me. I've been taking my special needs son who was born with glaucoma, to see Dr Kelly over 25 years. Him and his team have been amazing, they go out of their way to accommodated. I can't thank him enough for what he's done for our family.

Optomotrist referred 5year old with sore eye, went to see Dr Kelly, he was lovely at appointment, nice and friendly to 5 yr old. Appointment cost $375 Had pathology tests done same day and have been chasing results for almost 2 weeks, 5yr old not getting better, calling reception to be told results in, dr has to review results and call, called Monday told he will call this week, called Friday told he will call Monday. Zero patient care, zero follow up but quick to take $$ though!!

I made an appointment in December and was told that the earliest appointment was March and to bring a referral to that appointment. I called today to confirm appointment and was told that no appointment had been scheduled and that I will need to get a referral and jump back in the long queue. 👎
