This was my first time. I made a new patient appointment and went in terrified to discuss my anxiety. Dr. Rich could not have been more loving supportive, listening, caring and helpful! I am glad I now have a doctor in town.
Recently relocated to this area. Finding a physician to match what you left behind in another state is difficult! Several trial visits continue to result in disappointments! I was referred to Dr. Rich and she has surpassed all expectations! Dr. Rich feels more like a family friend than a physician! Dr. Rich genuinely listens and thoroughly explains issues in a generic form leaving you feeling confident and informed! Highly recommend!

This practice has no desire to see new patients. I was seeking a female primary care physician closer to my home, and found her on my insurance list of providers. Looked her up online, and her website leads you to believe this is a compassionate, Christian doctor. Do not be fooled by the cross on her logo or the one outside her door...that is all it is to them...a logo! I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time after calling to confirm directions.
