I have had many difference massages at various places, however, Kelly Spa has been an excellent experience. The therapist was very effective and pleasant. The entire visit was wonderful. The price was also very good.
Genuinely the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life, I had to ask to cut it short because it was so terrible. She had me undress right in front of her instead of waiting for me which was super weird. I didn’t mind too much because we were both women, but still super strange. There was no method or technique and it felt like she was just smearing lotion all over me and randomly freestyling. I’ve been to a lot of massage places, but this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. I kept telling the masseuse to apply a bit more pressure—over and over again—but it felt like the whole time she was just smearing lotion on my skin with no actual massage taking place.
