record your conversations with these people and call back before you make sure they did what you ask you do they most likely did NOT. also rude and unprofessional and told me to "go down the street" so nobody to call" lol and lied and said they were not in the office when they were and i lost money when the stock market was crashing, goofed up my transaction lost thousands. i have never been treated this way in my 52 years as a human. ever. i have had this account for years during the biggest boom and LOST money ha!

I have never left a review, for anyone let alone a bad one. This is for Russ Teimen and Scott Kelly. Unprofessional, terrible, dishonest and derogatory and also terribly poor financial managers. I have an account there (SEP) for many years (around 5) that Russ has "managed" that has LOST money by the way which i would not be upset about, that is life. However their latest treatment is disgraceful. Around a week ago I very clearly told Russ to put all of my money in cash because i knew the market would crash as it already was... read more
