Buying a house is never easy. This man will go well out of his way to ensure it's as smooth as possible. After the ink was dry on the sale of my home, he told me that on his birthday he was in the house replacing fire alarm batteries because the buyers were freaking out and threatening to cancel the sale. Working with Kelly is the best decision I've ever made. Not only was he extremely valuable with negotiations but also with getting me lined up with an inspector and other contractors. He went above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor.

Kelly helped me buy and sell my home, and I felt really confident in his expertise. He knows the folks to make things easy (photographer, lenders, etc), and he could often offer multiple options with pros/cons so I could see the whole picture and decide from there. I knew pretty much nothing about real estate when purchasing seven years ago, but every time something has come up over the years, I’ve found that Kelly’s advice was really sound and often saved me time and/or money.
