I have used Dan Kelly for plumbing in both commercial and residential settings. He is very responsive to the needs of the customer. Very thorough and fairly priced.
Dan Kelly is responsive, reasonable, and accessible. This past weekend we had airBnB guests with no hot water. Dan was over in less than an hour to take care of the issue. We've used Dan Kelly Plumbing for years and have always had great service and reasonable invoices.
First let me let it be known that Dan Kelly charges $90 an hour. He will not tell you that up front or give you and estimate up front. He will just hit you with a huge bill after the job is done and demand payment on the spot. My daughter had a bathroom faucet replaced and two kitchen sink drains replaced. The faucet he took out was a generic fixture. He proceeded to replace it with a $65 moen faucet and charged $150. The two kitchen drain baskets that run about $12 each, he charged $40 each!!
