My daughter had a 2:10pm appointment. After waiting 15-20 minutes a young lady walked in and mentioned she was late for her 2:00pm appointment. The front desk staff( Beth) signed this young lady in and called her back before me . At 2:35pm I went to the front desk and was told I'm next. I continued to wait patiently until 2:54pm came. I didn't get called back until 2:56pm. Great provider, but untrained office staff! More training and good customer service is needed in this office.
A wonderful Dr. very kind and gentle with my grandson wonderful bed side manners which more Dr. would follow her lead.
