My only frustration was the long wait time. I showed up early and waited almost half an hour beyond my appointment time. Staff was very polite and kind as there was a delay that was out of their control. Dr Cynkar listened to my concerns and acted. I appreciate having a doctor that truly listens to your concerns and can work with you. Perimenopause is making me crazy!
